Hello!
I have been battling a quite annoying issue for quite some time here. The system is seemingly only utilizing one of my two eight gig sticks that I have and it is quite baffling to understand why. I have attempted to reset CMOS numerous times as well as reseat the sticks into a multitude of slot combinations, and lastly fully reseated the CPU. system is a MSI MEG X388 Creation eatx str4, threadripper 1900x, and I understand this ram choice is suboptimal, but we are currently RMA our other set, due to thinking that set was defective. RAM is 2 Vengeance 8gb 3000Mghz.
Solutions I have also attempted,
-Re-seat CPU
-Slot the RAM differently
If someone could understand a possible solution that would be fantastic! Thanks for all the help!
