Bios does not detect HDD

My MSI B250-PRO VD motherboard does not detect my WD Blue 7200rpm 1TB 64 MB cach HDD
evrything is out of the box i tired all ports with two SATA cabel.What should I try?

Try another sata power connector just in case one is bad.
