Question BIOS doesn't recognize any OS installed on SSD

I recently built a PC with an ASROCK X470 Mini ITX motherboard and a Samsung XP941 256GB SSD. I took the SSD from my previous computer and can confirm the SSD worked yesterday. I used a Windows 10 install drive that I created yesterday to install Windows. However, after the Windows 10 installer restarts (after completing the install) the BIOS does not see Windows Boot Loader. I disabled CSM and made sure I ran the USB via UEFI. When I run diskpart, I can see the file system on the SSD. I ran diskpart clean all (to start fresh) and tried to reinstall Windows, however I received the same issue. I also tried to install Ubuntu 18.04 and the BIOS doesn't seem to recognize that either. For some reason, the BIOS doesn't seem to recognize operating systems installed on that SSD. I’m not sure if there’s a setting in the BIOS that I am missing. I've tried getting this to work for a couple hours. Any help is greatly appreciated.
