Question Bio's doesn't show at all

So i've built this new computer, the fans are working, the graphics card is working, like everything was working! Until i turned on it to test it.
I have tried to connect the monitor to both the motherboard and the graphics card but both with the same results

First, it turns on shows the monitor logo with nothing around it, and then it just says "No Signal" and the monitor turns off.

Specs:
motherboard:TUF B450 PLUS GAMING

HDD: Barracuda 1 TB

CPU: Ryzen 5 2600x

SSD: 860 EVO Series 500 GB

RAM: Sport LT Gray DDrR4 2666 MHX 2X8

Monitor: AOC G2460VQ6

You forgot to include the make and model of your GPU as well as the PSU.

Oh, Sorry. Palit StormX 1060 6GB. PSU is only selled in Sweden so there isn't so much information regarding it but it is 650 watt.
