Hi !
When i installed both of my new 2x8 RAM 2666Mhz my PC wont start.
Then i tried with one of my new 8GB and one of my old, a 4GO 2666Mhz and its worked but when i started my PC i haved a error from the BIOS saying they failed to initialized before
I also tried with only 8GB 2666Mhz still wont work
So, actually i'm blocked at 12GB and i don't understand why it don't work
(I also enable XMP profil)

My config : i5 10400F
Motherboard : H410M H GYGABYTE (https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/H410M-H-rev-1x#kf)
new memory : BALLISTIX 2x8 GB 2666MHZ CAS 16 (https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/bl2k8g26c16u4w)

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Which BIOS version are you currently on for your motherboard? If you have a 2x8GB DDR4-2666MHz ram kit, where did the single 4GB stick of ram come from(was it in your system prior)? Please don't mix and match sticks of ram. Instead, use the single stick of 8GB and then update the BIOS if you have BIOS versions pending updates. Please keep in mind to note if you need to update Intel's MEI firmware in between BIOS updates. Also, don't jump to the latest BIOS version, instead work your way gradually to the latest.

As for the slots, use a fine bristled paint brush to clean the slots off of any dirt or debris. You forgot to mention the rest of your specs to the build. Please list them like so:

CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

Nevermind, i just dont push enough stick of ram thats why ! btw thanks you for response
