I have ASROCK AB350M-HDV and A8 9600 running, I also have 2400mhz 8GB (4GBx2) RAM which runs default on 2133mhz.

I tried to set the memory speed but it just doesn't work, like there's a menu for it but it's not accessible. So as the VRAM adjustment, I adjusted the VRAM to 2GB but it still stays at 2GB it's like the motherboard isn't implementing to any changes that I have made. I also update the BIOS to the 'almost' latest one (just one step before the latest) anyone experienced the same thing?

You wrote, "I also update the BIOS to the 'almost' latest one". There is a warning about the method used to flash BIOS regarding the necessity of using "instant flash firstly" when flashing the BIOS on the BIOS download page.

The OC Tweaker contains the DRAM Timing Configuration screen (see picture in link)
The XMP line on that OC tab should have a box on the right that lets you turn it on & off.
