BIOS file for DELL INSPIRON

guys i need a proper BIOS update file for DELL INSPIRON 15r 3537
CORE i5 4th gen
6 GB ram
INTEL HD GRAPHICS 4400
AMD RADEON HD 8670m (dosent work)
CURRENT BIOS - A08
i knw its the latest shown on dell website but i think some how i have mis configured my bios
also how can i do a clean bios format for my systeam

You can't format your bios. Your only options are to find the setting that returns the Bios to factory defaults or roll the Bios back to a previous version. Your graphics not working is probably driver issue. Try uninstalling your AMD graphics driver with Display Driver Uninstaller and then reinstalling the latest Crimson driver from AMD's website.

i have tried using crimson driver on win 7 win8 and win 10 still no result i contacted the dell support number they asked me to go to a local technician the technician advised me to replace the motherboard or use a eGPU
but formy laptop i do not have the express card and i cant remove my wifi card
so finally he asked me to just format (using the dell website file) the bios and re install the os clean
i have tried that also but no result

Well that sounds like to me either the discrete graphics card or motherboard has failed. I would contact Dell and see about a warranty or repair since you had a technician already troubleshoot it.

does dell provide repair service to out of warrenty cuz my warrenty has expired a back ago , now when ever i call them they wont help and just giv me silly excuses like their system is under maintanence and network failure and alot
