[SOLVED] Bios flashback issues

Hello!

I seem to be unable to update my bios using the flashback bios to get it ready for the ryzen 5000 series. I have a X570-f board and a ryzen 7 5800x CPU. When I press the flashback button and hold for numerous seconds, nothing happens nor flashes.

I browsed similar threads and people seem to suggest that the thumb drive can be no larger than 16 GB, what gives? Mine is 32 GB.

Renamed bios file and put on usb, no folders or zipped and using the designated usb port. If you've done this already, yeah, try another usb stick. SanDisk 16GB if size does matter.
