Question Bios flashing rx 480

Hi, i have an old saphire nitro+ rx 480 8gb. Was watching some videos on youtube where people were flashing rx 580 bios's on the rx 480s and getting extra performance.
My card has a dual bios switch so i dont reallly mind trying this to see if it works.
So would it work?

How high of frequency are you trying to get? Most RX480 and 580 top out around 1500MHz.

My 480 does 1400MHz no sweat using AMD driver software - performance & tuning tab. Original/ stock vbios.
I think I tested it to 1500MHz once.

I think my rx 480 comes factory overclocked at around 1342mhz. Its a Nitro PLUS SO
Not overclocked it yet.
