Question Bios for IX57QM

Have this oldie laying and want to play around with it for setting up a little server, but it seems like the former owner have done something to the bios, caurse i can't get it to power off when shutting it down, but can't seem to fin any bios for it, neither at Data Modul or BCM, so i'm hoping someone here might have it

SSD/HDD: 120GB Kingston SSD Now
GPU: The internal one
PSU: Silverstone 600 SFX

OS: Windows 7 or Windows 10 and also tried Linux live CD

Have tried discharging the board, also tried another PSU to rule out that option
Have also tried a Linux live cd and from command promt used Shutdown /h, /H or /P now, netcard oand gfx goes completely off but fans keeps spinning at full speed untill i press the power button for 5-10 sec
Have noticed after using some DOS programs that the Intel ME subsystem is wiped from bios, don't know if that can be the problem, it should be ME5, tbh i do not have much experince with Intel platform
