BIOS for the Dell 2400

The latest BIOS for the Dell 2400 is A05, dated 12/2003. Is it safe to
assume Dell will not be releasing any new ones for that model?

One should never assume anything but realistcally the chances of them
releasing a newer BIOS is extremley slim
