Hey, the BIOS on my computer freezes. The PC won't boot from a bootable USB, I tried swapping out all the parts, and resetting the CMOS with the battery and the jumper. Specs are : i5 6600k, Asus Z170-A, 8 GB of RAM, GTX 970, and 1 TB of RAM.
If you indeed swap out all the parts then it is a bios setting causing all the issues. Weather it be CPU, North bridge, Ram voltage or ram timings the cause would be in the Bios settings.
Did you make sure your memory was on the QVL list for the motherboard?
