Question Bios Freezes

Hey, this is my first post and my first attempt at a PC build.
Build:
CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x
GPU: rx 5700 xt
Mobo: ASRock Master SLI/AC
Ram: corsair vengeance LPX (2x8GB)

I got everything set up in my case with surprisingly few problems. Everything seems to be working, but when I selected my USB drive in the BIOS as my boot option for Windows 10 everything just freezes. I've had the same problem for a few days and the same thing happens every time. I've tried 2 different 16 GB USB drives and tried downloading windows straight from the microsoft site as well as 3rd party sources. Looking for anyone who can help. Thanks

Are you sure your motherboard supports the new Ryzen 3000 series CPU?

1) Check your MB to see which BIOS it has. The MB needs to have the p3.30 version to support the 3700X.

2) If the MB does not have the right BIOS, you need to update it with free boot kit from AMD.

3) If the MB has the newer BIOS, the problem is from something else.

I downloaded the latest motherboard bios yesterday and the same thing kept happening. I genuinely have no idea what it could be. I also tried playing with my RAM frequency but still got the same

Yes I downloaded the latest motherboard BIOS from ASRock's website yesterday

Try to use one stick RAM only to see what happens, maybe one of the RAM has problem.

Or try other GPU.
