So this isn't really a huge deal, but I do wonder about it.

A couple of months ago I had to do a clean reinstall of Win7 as it got so weird that even the Windows self-repair tool couldn't fix whatever was wrong anymore. I had BSODs quite often before the reinstall. Got everything back up and running with no problems and the computer is fully operational. No BSODs since.

What's odd is the BIOS. If I go in to change anything, the computer will freeze when I go to do any sort of exit...I have to do a hard power-off reboot to get out of it. This never happened before reinstalling my copy of Win7 Ultimate. I have the most recent BIOS version installed (which I just verified on the Asus website, Version 2501, which has been installed for about a year) and I have no issues with hardware that are anywhere near apparent. No issues loading Windows or any other program.

It's only a very small annoyance as I don't go into the BIOS much at all...but any ideas as to what might be causing this?

If it helps/if needed:

AMD FX-8350
32GB HyperX DDR3 (4x8GB sticks)
RX 480 4GB

Thanks in advance!
