BIOS freezing when exting on Asus m5a97 le r2.0

So for awhile now my bios keeps on freezing when I click save and reset. I have tried pressing the f10 key then enter still freezes. I am really needing to do this because my computer blue screens because I do not have enough voltage on my RAM. I cannot change this if the bios does not save and just freezes please help hanks for reading

Try resetting your bios try jumping pins 2 and 3 on your cmos make sure you have the pc shut off and unplugged from the wall ok and reset the bios then maybe you can get into it and set your ram correct.
