BIOS Frozen at startup

When I start up my dell power edge 2950, the bios freezes and does not load. I have tried to restart the computer multiple times and nothing worked. It has never done this before and I'm not sure why it is doing it now.

Try disconnecting your HDD and see if it can cause it to stall at POST.

I tried that and it didn't work. I also took out the new ram that I just installed.
