Bios giga m770t doesn't work

my giga m770 t motherboard has not any reaction when everything is connected and even no beep for checking memory and no display but the fans are working whats te problem

Is it a new setup? Does the CPU fan spin?

no it isn'n new i sent it for service and they said it's bios has removed and they serviced it i changed ram but it isn't work yet only fans spin

Sine you had it for service, it's still under warranty. Send it back. Has it worked before?
