Bios GX620 - motherboard

Hello,
My Dell motherboard GX620 does not find the bios after reboot and show blank screen when i unplugged the system after some time show bios but system does not started and hang and fan will working fast kindly hel me. What did I do?

Gently pry out the motherboard battery to reset the bios with the power supply unplugged for a few seconds, then reinstall. You may be prompted to enter the bios at the first reboot using an "f" key. Set the boot order to floppy<cd<hardrive, save and exit.
