Bio's help for z370 extreme4 please

im gonna be building my pc tomorrow morning so I'm just get all the bios and iOS sorted before hand but I'm just confused because there are quite a few options on the website and I'm sure what ones i need and if i need any of the other downloads on the page http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z370%20Extreme4/index.asp#BIOS any help would be appreciated, also with the anti static wrist band my ones not gonna be coming till monday now(was meant to come yesterday but now tomorrow gonna is friday which is a public holiday, but my grandfather has one but the rubber has started to detiriate (showing wires i think) would that be okay to use is i covered up the exposed wires? been waiting all week to build it so i don't think i can wait till monday and theres literally no where around here that sells one, thanks

Do not update the BIOS unless your having problems with the board after you build it other than that all you need are the drivers.

I own the board , no need to update out of the box and the BIOS to fix the CPU security issue 1.40 was pulled down because of orders from intel. BIOS to fix CPU security will be released in the future.

you think it'll be fine as it is seeing the newest update is 1.20? if thats the case and there won't be any benefit from updating ill just leave them how it is, would i just need to install the disk it comes with? Thanks, also with the drivers were would i get that or what ones? or are you just talking about the standard intel and realtek, lan etc?

so you reckon just leave it how it is even though the latest update is 1.20? and what did you once you installed the motherboard into your case and everything else etc? did you just install the disc it came with? Thanks

Leave it as is , until the CPU security update is released.
