Question BIOS HP COMPAQ ELITE 8300 CMT

Hi, I wanted to know if I can update the HP Compaq 8300 CMT Elite bios, since it has version 2.85, if so, how can I update the BIOS?

BIOS updates are on HP website but I recommend you do it only if absolutely necessary since the process has the potential to brick your PC if something goes wrong.

I need to download it . On the Hp page I have not been able to find the update, the latest version available is V3.08
Can someone facilitate the download or send me a link?
