When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model.

Try and remove the OS drive and any other storage dives from your platform and you should be able to spam DEL key to get into BIOS. When here you can see what BIOS version you're on.

One other thing you could do, is to clear the CMOS to reset the BIOS to factory defaults.

UPDATE i removed the cmos battery for few seconds or 1 min and then put it back in, it booted normally, and i tried with a different keyboard spamming delete and it worked, i booted into uefi bios!
But i couldnt enable XMP, it only was giving me promp to DISABLED, so i couldn't enable xmp.

i booted the pc but it still says its legacy bios in msinfo32, then i tried CMD prompt and still says that Boot to firmware UI is not supported by this system's firmware (1) again... So i don't know what's the deal.
