bios is not loading

Hi Friends,
newly GTX1050 mini Graphics card brought, after fixed the card . when i switch on, display to monitor is not showing but fan of card is working . Actully what the problem ?

motherboard :: P8H67-m
i5 2.10ghz
smps : 450
6gb ddr3 ram
