Bios is updating with MSI Live updater freeze PLS HELP

My bios is now updating with LU 6 but it takes very long (more than 1 hour) and I saw it is not good to update it with lu so can I close it now or do I just have to wait.

It sais: Bios is updating, Don't shutdown or restart system until BIOS update process is completed. Notice! Mouse and keyboard would be locked during updating.
Live update 6.

It takes now almost one hour so can I shutdown this or do I have to wait.
My browser ans all other stuff is still working.
Edit:
On task manager it says it takes no cpu and the same memore for the last 20 minutes.
I tried to shut it down with taskmanager but the access was denied.
Help pls?

not sure if this will work or make things worse but you can make bootable usb with the bios files and restart pc.... then let it boot from the usb and install the update. its alot safer updating bios this way than using windows based soft
i would first wait a bit more though

Lol I closed the update program ( but it didn't work with takstmanager) and it opened cmd and started updating. Now I have the new bios version without any problem

hmmm so i guess it was only stuck on starting the update itself (not stuck in the middle of it)
