[SOLVED] BIOS isn't detecting my USB on Q flash, displays a file called EFI

I think my bios is messed up.

I've got a b450 aorus elite motherboard, I needed to update the BIOS so I could run XMP profile for my RAM, but the problem is that when I go to q flash then press update BIOS, it isn't detecting my USB or anything for that matter, it displays a file called EFI that seems to contain other files, Boot and Microsoft.

I'm currently on version F40 of the BIOS.

format your USB pen drive to fat32, unzip the BIOS file to the root of the drive, use a USB 2.0 port on the motherboard and try again

if this doesn´t work, try a different USB flash drive
