I'm running an old, AM3+ MSI Mobo (760 FX edition) and I can't access my BIOS. I'm an admin, but can't get to it with delete or f1/2 at startup, and the UEFI advanced setting isn't there for me.

Solution
Are you rapid-tapping the DEL key starting as soon as the POST screen appears?
Might try temporarily disconnecting the boot drive and try to enter BIOS so you can find what may need resetting.
Do you know the exact model of the MSI board?

DEL is the correct key for entering BIOS with that board.

Usually, by disconnecting the data cable from the boot drive(s), a BIOS will default to the setup (BIOS) screen. Have you tried that?
How did the rapid-tapping go?
No clue what you just said, but I'd been rapid tapping for a week+ and nothing. Then yesterday it worked for whatever reason. Anyways, no more problem.
