My USB ports are not working. Computer support suggested I reset BIOS by disconnecting the jumper on the mobo. I can't find anything that tells me where the jumper is. My mobo is MSI 760GM-P34(FX)

Solution
JBAT1 : Clear CMOS Jumper
There is CMOS RAM onboard that is external powered from a battery located on
the mainboard to save system configuration data. With the CMOS RAM, the system
can automatically boot into the operating system (OS) every time it is turned
on. If you want to clear the system configuration, set the jumpers to clear the
CMOS RAM.

Important!!!
You can clear the CMOS RAM by shorting this jumper while the system is off.
Afterwards, open the jumper . Do not clear the CMOS RAM while the system is on
because it will damage the mainboard.

Solution
I guess what I need to know is where is the jumper I need to clear. I've tried removing the battery for 5+ mins and it did not solve the problem. So I would guess I need to short the jumper but I don't know what I'm looking for.
