Question Bios keep resetting. Help?

I upgraded my motherboards bios because my ram wouldn't run stable with the previous version. I get through to windows and everything seems to be stable. I stress test it with Prime95 and everything is good. But then I turned off my PC and my bios were back to the previous version. I also dont see my ram speed in task manager anymore which is strange. I have a gigabyte aourus pro wifi (rev 1.0). Whats wrong with my task manager and why do my bios reset everytime I turn off my PC?

This motherboard supports Gigabyte's DualBIOS. Therefore, one possible explanation is that you are upgrading with a faulty BIOS update. When you boot up the system, the upgraded BIOS fails thereby triggering the DualBIOS restoration process which is automatic.
