bios keep resetting or mouse cursor doesn't allow to click only can move.

Please help me sir because my motherboard bios keep resetting automatically or when i turn on windows my mouse doesn't allow to click anywhere, only i can move Cursor.when it happen? When my computer accidentally shut down due to power cutt off but please don't tell me to plug or unplug every cord from motherboard, reset bios,format windows...because i did it everything but still got the same problem............My system configuration is Gigabyte z87md3h mobo .....intel core i5 4570......ram gskill ripjawsx 8gb ddr3......psu corsair cs 650 gold certified...windows 10..(sorry for bad english because my language is Hindi not English)

Have you tried replacing the lithium CMOS battery?

If your computer is restarting randomly after a power cut, it's most likley the PSU was damaged.

The mouse is a separate problem. Have you tried another mouse?

my computer did not start randomly, everything is working fine only problem is bios resetting sometimes automatically when i restart computer or mouse click not work only i can move but keyboard is working,i tried also another mouse but still got same problem.......................
