bios keeps getting reset, computer freezes and sometimes motherboard shows 00

Okay I will describe what happened. I was playing a YouTube video and a game in the background. Then allof the sudden the computer freezes. Had to turn off from back because it would not turn off.

What I have done since. I've unplugged the entire thing, replug it. The motherboard reads 00 for time, then it will blink. The fans seems to speed up and it doesn't do anything. If I get It to boot normally it will ask that I go into bios setting because overclocking didn't work or settings are wrong. Which I then make default, it puts settings into auto. It will then restart and either do nothing or ask to bios again or its goes to login screen. If it works, things load slowly and same for closing. Thia last maybe 2-5 minutes before freezing and either ggiving mean error or jut freezing.

The only error, blue screen error I've recieved is nmi hardware failure.

Besides that its always the same. Any ideas?

I am currently in South Korea, with my american components.

change the cmos battery...then flash the mb bios to the newest rev. if the errors are still there try a test power supply.

how and where can i test my power supply? i keep getting NMI_HARDWARE_FAILURE, what could this mean?

local computer or tv repair shop. someone with a volt meter. micro center call to see if they have a power supply tester.
