Question BIOS Keeps Saying to "Press F1 to Run Setup"

Despite no hardware changes to my Windows 10 PC, during boot up it has started to show this 'error' message. It doesn't say why, but only boots after I press F1 and either discard changes & exit, or save changes & exit.

Motherboard is Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0 with the latest 2015 American Megatrends BIOS version.

Not a huge thing as the PC still works, but only after I unnecessarily run setup each boot. Perhaps the CMOS battery? Any help is appreciated.

Does that solve the problem? I have the same problem going on with mine. My time resets itself to 00:00 every time I log on too. Its weird.
