Question Bios keys not working on Samsung np300e

Hello, this is a very important question for me, since i havent been able to figure this out.
So, i wanted to reinstall windows 10 on my samsing np300e. I restarted it and pressed F2.
Nothing happend. Okay, another key. F10. Still nothing. Okay F9? Nothing. F1, F2, F3, F4, F5 you get the idea. Tried thr Fn combinations, Ctrl Alt combinations LITERALLY EVERY KEY ON THE KEYBOARD. I had this problem for about 5 years but was able to boot, at first, into bios with Del. After 4 years, it changed for some reason. I was able to NOT ENTED INTO THE BIOS, but to an external device like a usb stick or a dvd with fn+F9. Not boot menu, just booting straight into my usb stick.
I really have no idea, my bios is legacy since i wasnt able to find the UEFI option on Windows 10 A.R.
I really need help if anyone knows what to do.

Get a new CMOS battery, unplug main battery and wall power, remove the old CMOS battery. Hold in the power button for abut 15 seconds. Plug in the new CMOS battery and see if the BIOS keys work again.
