Question bios loading wheel for an hour after window 10 reset

I went ahead and reset my pc this morning. Removed all files and downloaded from the cloud. Its been in the bios menu for over an hour with the loading wheel spinning round and round.

was there a reason for the w10 reset?
if you did removed all files. might just as well do a fresh os install

Sounds like reset removed too much. It happens sometimes. As above said, just clean install

On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB

If your reset went awry in any way and deleted drive files but never actually the Win 10 files, it more than likely will NEVER install properly through F8 repair screen.

Here's why:

They don't want it to find your backups. And once you have done a fresh reset, are either inaccessible through lack of OS or a BIOS that can't be changed. Hah!

You now have a C/: drive with chkdsk.exe Unix commands. Good luck!
