Question Bios loop caused by newbi mistake

Don’t laugh but I went into bios settings and selected restore default settings , saved and exited. Now I’m in the bios loop.
Help?

OS: windows 10
Boot priority it shows harddisk no windows boot.

when I select legacy, it gives me the option for the SSD. Still I go into a loop.

I appreciate your help, I managed to somehow make it work. The whole point behind me fiddling with bios is trying to find a way to control GPU and CPU fans. I am having trouble with the laptop, when I use HDMI, even though the temp of both CPU and GPU are around 36c 58c respectively, the fans go on full speed. I came to learn that this is a common bug in MSI GT series. There is no way of fixing it and I was venturing into BIOS to gain control of the fans.
BTW, I used MSI afterburn, Silent Option and Dragon centre 2.0 and none were able to influence the behaviour of the fan.
