Question BIOS m-flash mode causing reboot issues

Hello everyone

I'm currently using a MSI Z390 gaming edge AC motherboard, I went into the BIOS to update it to the last version by using my flash drive.

But every time I enter the m-flash mode, the system won't reboot afterwards, it turns on for 2 seconds then shuts down immediately, and keeps repeating this cycle😔

Well I guess I might received a faulty motherboard... the motherboard reads the CPU temperature terribly wrong, 126C, and won't read the motherboard temperature as well as the fans speed - 0 RPM.

Since it's the motherboard's problem, can I still install windows 10 without updating the BIOS? Right now it has the 1/22/2019 version, newer version released on this August.
