bios needed for gigabyte r9 270x 2gb

Hi guys

I recently purchased a wind force r9 270x 2gb but I discovered that temps are quite high.

After running witcher wild hunt on med settings for about 3-5 mins I notice fps gets a bit choppy, when checking hwinfo after temps have hit 102c and GPU fans at 3200 on full load.

I have looked on gigabytes site for a bios update but they only have FA1, and the card shipped with bios vers FB0, and gives flash failed.

Temps seem to rise immediately when starting a game.

Furmark on 1080p preset also hit 102c.

A friend of mine has the first revision of this card and temps idle at 56 at highest with fan speed on auto, also noticed his heatsinks are a little larger than rev 2

Id be rma'ing the card mate- thats unacceptable - a 270x shouldnt go above 80c imo (especially the windforce) unless theres some manufacturing default.

Already rma'd the first card a few days back thinking it was faulty, received a new unit yesterday and tested it this morning.. Idle is at 28-32 but picks up heat too quick and seems to not get rid of it
