BIOS not detecting my WD Green SSD

I got new mother board Asus Z270-P with Wd SSD 120 GB hARD DRIVE. DAMN I tried running the BIOS it does not detect my hard drive . I tried changing AHCI to RAID and also returned the hard drive and got new hard drive, changed the wires, power cables. reset the Bios by removingthe CMOS battery. NOTHING worked.

I connected the hard drive in another computer but it is same not showing up in BIOS of another computer. Anbodu can help?

If it doesn't show up in 2 setups , probably DOA.

This si my second SSD exchanged... tried the SSD on another rig it does nto show up. I am confused. This is second exchanged HD. I got the PSU from China, I used them before. The PSU is turning on the mother board. Is there any possibility the PSU is damaging the SSD?
