Bios not opening

Hi,

I just finished building my pc everything seemed fine so I plugged it in the power and get cpu fan error

So I start searching and people telling me to open bios and do some sort of ignore thing
When I tried, I can’t open bios it says press F2 or DEL but nothing is happening.

Any sort of help would be appreciated thanks

Asus rog strix z370-f
Intel i7 8th gen
Gtx 780
Nzxt kraken x62

did you plug in the cpu fan in the header on the motherboard .

Yes I did

Clear BIOS and Install New and better PSU too.
And use good CPU cooling fan
