Bios not posting

Hey guys im havin a issue with my ep45ds4p I have updated my bios to F8 restart my pc it boots normaly 3.16ghz/1066 ram.
Heres the weird thing. When i go into my bios and put everything back to my old f7 stable settings for my cpu/fsb/ram
The comp just loops and loops until it want to run itself. I go back into bios and everythings changes back to the way
it wants to '?' wtf is going on here plz help!!!

ps.I turn off the full screen logo and put the ram on to standard.

corsiar dominator 5/5/5/15.....weirdly on the dimms it got 2.1 volts at 1066 and thats standard clock for this motherboard.

2.1V for the RAM sounds about right, but worth checking with Corsair.

What do you mean by the PC 'loops'? How far does it get through the boot process?
What were your old stable settings?
