BIOS Not recognizing any CPU Fans. CPU Fan Error/Over Temperature Error!

Hello!
I have tried literally everything all of my tech savvy friends have recommended for this use and NOTHING works so im praying to god someone on this site can assist me. I notice a vast amount of knowledge is given here and hopefully I can receive some! Here goes.

I have an Asus Z77 Sabertooth motherboard that keeps alerting me through the bios that the CPU Fans aren't being recognized. Which they aren't. It just says N/A by all of the CPU fan's categories. Bios reads temps of 80 + degrees Celsius on average within moments of logging onto the computer. I have tried researching this issue and doing all of the fix its recommended through other sites and various youtube videos. Litearlly done hours of research which doesn't help cause i'm very bad with computer issues. I feel like everything i do is laggy/choppy on the computer. INCLUDING my video games. Everything is choppy and slowing down. I fear if i keep on this computer for much longer I may do permanent irreversable damage if i have not already.
I've taken this thing apart and dusted the shit out of it. Everything seems to be spinning visably and the air flow SEEMS really well... It's a water cooled PC. Here is a picture of my issue. Thanks so much and hope anyone can assist me.

Sorry this might be a no brainer, but is the cpu fan plugged properly into the motherboard's cpu_fan header and not the sys_fan one?

It for sure could be! I had a friend put the comp together so I really only know how to take out graphics cards and put in had drives and very basic stuff. I managed to install a new case fan and maybe nocked off the cable or plugged it in incorrectly. Any way of checking to make sure?

Oh it wont be hard at all to check. Every motherboard has a different arrangment for it but usually its located near the CPU and is labeled CPU_FAN .

Hello... Follow the wires from your CPU Fan, to the connector... and then look at where and IF, it is plugged into the MB... and look at the Printing around that Connector for something like this "CPU_FAN". Also determine if it is plugged into that MB connection correctly.

Ok so i realized I think you guys are on to something. I checked my asus Z77 motherboard to see if i noticed a disconnection of cords. There is one for sure! I'm having troubles finding the right thing though, and not entirely sure if this is the fix to the issue but it may very well be! Trying to get some photos up so it can further assist.

As ironsounds said the easiest way to do this would be finding the wire connecting from your cpu fan

Stupid question... I have an H100 Corsair liquid cooling system insted of a stock cooler that the cpu came with. Where is the "CPU FAN" Plug on the corsair h100 i can't find it to plug it in to my mother board. The wierd thing is... I never touched anything and this started about a month ago. I figured I had better start taking this seriously since I work/game from my pc. I'm willing to do skype or whatever it takes to get this pc going. I just can't afford the 100 dollars it costs to have someone check this out to tell me it's an unplugged cable. Who knows! Regardless I seriously appreciate your help guys.

Also wondering if it could be an issue with the bios conflicting the performance of my pc? Could an update on the bios possibly fix the pc's problem to register the "CPU_FANs"? Just another random thought...

Hello... 1) if your not using the CPU_fan or SYS_fan inputs on the MB... Then you Must Disable those inputs on the MB in your BIO's... and No more Fan Warnings... "Save and Exit".
2) There is also a CPU temperature warning BIO's setting... "Save and Exit".
3) Give the builder a call and ask him how he wired/configured your Water Cooler Fans and Pump speed for CPU temperature control.
4) Is there a APP for your Water cooler control?
5) When you boot to your BIO's your CPU will be at Full speed... once in Windows it will idle down.
