Bios not recognizing my hdd's and my ssd?

Hey I recently had my computer built and when i enter BIOS it doesnt recognize my hdd's and ssd. I tried to unplug hdd's but it also doesn't make a difference. I think it is something in BIOS. I attached a photo of my BIOS configuration.

Anyone has a clue how to fix that?

PS: Computer was built by official MSI sponsor so I presume that cables are where they are meant to be.

Perhaps a silly question, but are you sure the drives are getting power? Wouldn't surprise me one bit if the power or data cables were forgotten or are unplugged.

Like I said, Computer was built by official MSI sponsor so I presume everything is where it's suppose to be. But since I am not an expert I can't be 100% sure.

try turning off the raid drive and see if that helps, then see if you can find ssd in your boot menu.

you can also try to change the boot order or test the devices in question with some sort of diagnostic software.
