bios not work

Good morning, guys, I have a problem, I have an old half-processor, a pentium e5200, I tried to overclock it and my bios did not show the options to change the ghz frequency

It depends if the motherboard and BIOS allow overclocking. What motherboard do you have? Overclocking usually isn't available with a prebuilt system.

My mother board and a very old G31MV-K, possibly and that's why you can not overclock

It's an inexpensive motherboard and overclocking is disabled to prevent instability issues.
