BIOS not working

So, my bios doesn't work. At all really. I get the screen to press DEL or FSomething but after that I get a black screen where I can move the mouse over pixels and make them appear. I have no idea how to fix this. Things I've tried:

• 
  Remove the CMOS battery.
  Change the resolution.
  Change some settings.

I haven't updated the BIOS because I'm afraid I'll screw it up. It's the same as came with the motherboard a month ago. It's the ASRock Fatal1ty Z97X Killer.
Anybody have any possible solution?

Hi,

do you have onboard vga, I would try that to see if it's not GPU problem.
Else I think you would have to RMA motherboard

Don't have a GPU. Just using the integrated gpu, screen is connected to the motherboard via VGA. Not sure what RMA means?
