Ok, so i have this old gigabyte B350 motherboard. I'm tryna fix my ram problem, so i adjusted my ram voltage to 1.35v on version F40. it works, no bsod.
Now i'm thinking about updating my bios to f52 or f53 (i want my stuff on latest update). Now the dram voltage doesn't work, and BSOD-ing everytime. Is this a BIOS problem?

So you actually did BIOS update already? To which version?
What CPU/APU do you have in the B350?
Have you already tried to boot with a single memory stick?

Sorry here's my specs:
Athlon 3000g
Kingston 4gb 2666mhz KCP426NS6/4 1x4
Gigabyte A320M S2H V2
WD blue 160gb
Generic 750w psu

The ram is actually a bad ram, it bsod on it's 2666 frequency, only works when downclocked or increasing voltage. I tried raising the voltage to 1.35v it works on f40, but when i updated it to f53 it bsod. i kept getting errors on memtest86
I actually downgraded my bios version to f40 using ch341a programmer.

If you don’t need a newer bios for higher cpu support, just leave it be and enjoy the better ram support of the older version even if it’s strange.

Yeah, agree that you really should not update a bios unless you need it for some reason and your machine is running fine on the older version.

I don't know that your memory is bad, it may just be incompatible. Unfortunately, neither Gigabyte nor Kingston provide QVL lists that include your processor. Using the G.Skill memory configurator the fastest memory they have listed as compatible is 2400MHz (F4-2400C17S-4GVR, also the 8GB stick (F4-2400C17S-8GVR) is compatible and Newegg has it for $27). THIS is the configured selection.
