I recently changed my old PC fans out for new Noctua fans but now they don't turn on until I boot into Windows and when I restart my PC it says CPU, SYSTEM, AUX, fan failure

The reason I changed the fans is they were slow and worn down so I decided to upgrade to these (3x):

System:

Windows 10 Build 19043.1526
I5-4570
20GB DDR3 RAM
GTX 750 Ti
GT 710
3 Drives (one of which is a HDD)

In a refurbished Lenovo Thinkcentre M83

Image of error (if you don't see it I'm about to add it):

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information?

In what window or form is the failure being reported?

And the fans do run despite the reported failure - correct? Any temperature problems?

What was the reason for changing out the old fans? Make and model old fans?

Noctua fans - which model?

Edited!
Sorry about the bad image quality, I only had my phone to work with. Also the fans don't spin up until Windows starts booting but yes the fans do run. No temperature problems (anymore)
