Bios & Operating System Deleted

Okay so i went to go update my BIOS and the update tool corrupted or deleted my BIOS or something, so i have no BIOS and then i went to factory restore my computer and it deleted my OS so now i have an empty hard drive in my computer without a BIOS to boot from a USB Drive with.
So i was wondering if someone could help me out with this?

If under warranty, try RMA-ing it.

You wouldn't have been able to do a factory restore without a functioning BIOS.

Did the BIOS update work or did it fail?

Okay so when i went to update my BIOS from HP it would give me a beep code and the BIOS would not show up, but it would boot into windows. After that happend i backed up all my files and did a windows 8.1 factory restore and after that happen it would not boot it just give me the beep code and show a black screen and did the beep code again. I have a disk with ubuntu on it and i installed it with the disk and it will not boot into the OS. Also is there anyway i can flash a BIOS update on my computer with a disk.
