BIOS or UEFI

I'm making a WintoUSB flash drive and am asked if I want it partitioned:
MBR for BIOS -or-
GPT for UEFI -or-
MBR for BIOS and UEFI

I want to use it on both MBR (BIOS) and GPT (UEFI) systems. Which do I choose?

Related question: Can a Intel 1151 (300 series) board even boot from a MBR partition or do I need to make a separate WintoUSB flash drive for it?

I guess, If you don't have any needs with UEFI (Intel Optane & Others), Pick MBR for BIOS.
