[SOLVED] BIOS order for booting into SSD?

I have cloned my 500 GB HDD to my Samsung 970 Pro SSD, and now I want to boot from the latter. I have gone into the BIOS to change the boot order, but it was not clear to me specifically how I should cahnge it, here is an image of the current boot order: https://liveuclac-my.sharepoint.com/:i:/g/personal/zcqsoyr_ucl_ac_uk/EarAmWp5HZFNmfc02FdvddgBWqkGuuXZF_BkszzG5I8q7A?e=1GLW4b
It seems option 5 is my SSD and option 8 is my HDD, so doesn't that mean that the SSD is already above the HDD in boot order? Why then does the PC still boot from the HDD? I would prefer not to change anything else of the boot order unnecessarily.

You need to redo this clone operation.
The very first thing you do after the clone process ends is to power off, physically disconnect the old drive, and allow the system to power up from the new drive.

Exactly like this, except for "swap the SATA cables around"
-----------------------------
Specific steps for a successful clone operation:
-----------------------------
Verify the actual used space on the current drive is significantly below the size of the new SSD
Download and install Macrium Reflect (or Samsung Data Migration, if a Samsung SSD)
Power off
Disconnect ALL drives except the current C and the new SSD
Power up
Run the Macrium Reflect (or Samsung Data Migration)
Select ALL the partitions on the existing C drive
Click the 'Clone' button
Wait until it is done
When it finishes, power off
Disconnect ALL drives except for the new SSD
This is to allow the system to try to boot from ONLY the SSD
Swap the SATA cables around so that the new drive is connected to the same SATA port as the old drive
Power up, and verify the BIOS boot order
If good, continue the power up

It should boot from the new drive, just like the old drive.
Maybe reboot a time or two, just to make sure.

If it works, and it should, all is good.

Later, reconnect the old drive and wipe as necessary.
Delete the 450MB Recovery Partition, here:

Ask questions if anything is unclear.

but if I were to 'later, reconnect the old drive', then if this issue I am having with the boot order isn't fixed, wouldn't the computer boot from the HDD again? I can repeat the cloning process if need be, but what do I do about the boot order displayed in the linked image? How do I go about editing it (if that is what needs to be done) to boot from the SSD even when the HDD is still connected (with Windows still on it), as opposed to what it is currently doing?
