BIOS Overclocking options explanation?

Hi, im just wondering if someone can give a rough explanation of diffrent OC options and their effects? I understand the basic ones like CPU core voltage and frequency, DRAM voltage and frequency.

Examples:

• ■ CPU Cache - core/cache current limit, min/max cache ratio (these have no description, so no guideline at all for custom values
  ■ CPU system Agent voltage
  ■ PCH Core voltage

Overclocking the CPU cache can have some very minor performance bumps, but it is so small that it is not worth the trouble. Leave everything else at factory defaults.

im looking for an explanation as to what these things are, not just whether or not they can improve performance.
