Question Bios /Pc Loads but nothing is showing.

Good day ,

My PC won't get to windows nor I dont see the bios text loads up nor windows . When it boot up I got signal coming from my video card but its just a black screen.
M/b: A320m MSI bazooka
CPU : 1600X RYZEN
GPU: 1660Ti

Can anyone assist?

The issue was resolved ..it was my power unit that I have my stuff plug in cause this issue..it did got blow for a while but still giving power to my TV and router.
