Bios pop up when booting (Help please)

Hey Guy & Gals,

I keep getting this issue(see above image) when starting the computer.

It starts up, restarts then the error in the above picture appears. Once I go into the BIOS & leave it starts as normal.

I've ensured drivers are up to date, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have a USB thumb drive plugged into the PC ? It may be trying to boot of it , try unplugging the usb drive and reboot and see if it happens again.

on that hdd do you have a os on and what happens if you unplug it also check if there is not a os disc left in the reader .

Thanks, Just gave that a go but no luck. Although my optical disc drive is listed in one of the above 3 detected devices. Would it be worth disconnecting the optical disc drive and rebooting?

give it a try this look like bios loose is set up did you also try cmos and when system boot does it show current date and time .

My date & time is correct, I originally thought it was the CMOS battery. Although I just tried disconnecting the SSD where my operating system is and reconnecting it has appeared to have fixed it. Thanks . Hopefully it remains fixed.

Not sure why I didn't do that in the first place.

might be a loose sata cable or defective one i would get a spare in case .
